Long Son Pagoda

İnanılmaz güzel bir bahçe, çiçekler, fenerler ve

çok uzaklarda olmasına rağmen kendini hemen fark ettiren

dev bir Buda heykeli

Evet, Long Son Pagodaya hoş geldiniz..

Giriş bahçesinden hemen sonra seramonilerin yapıldığı bu iç bahçeye geçiyorsunuz.

Bu bahçede en az giriş kadar güzel.

Pek çok mozaik süsleme ve ejderha heykeli  bulunmakta.

Hepsi o kadar iç içe ve birbiriyle uyumlu ki süslemelerdeki yoğunluk gözünüzü hiç yormuyor.

Yorulan sadece tüm detayları çekmek için sizi oradan oraya götüren ayaklarınız oluyor.

Biz bu kadar etkilenmiş  hayran hayran çevremize bakarken

ufak tefek bir Budist öğrenci yanımıza gelip bize bilgi vermeye başlıyor…

“……Pagoda ilk olarak 1886 yılında Dang Long Pagoda ismi ile inşa edilmiş.

1900 yılında pagoda fırtına nedeniyle yıkılmış ve bugünkü yerinde tekrar inşa edilmiş

ve sonraki yıllarda 3 büyük  restorasyon daha geçirmiş.

Günümüzdeki pagoda Diem rejimine karşı savaşan Budist rahiplere ithaf edilmiş…”

Long Son Pagodaya gidişimizde

pek çok farklı yüzü bir arada görsek de

 (Sanırım buna artık alışmam gerekiyor.)

Beni en çok etkileyen çocuklara bakan bu yaşlı bayan oldu.

Sadece dinleniyormuydu yoksa çok geride bıraktığı gençliğini mi düşünüyordu bilmiyorum ama

çevresindeki herkesin hikayesini biliyormuşçasına anlamlı anlamlı oturuyordu.

Geçtiğiniz mekanlar,insanlar, havada uçuşan melodiler

insana kendini bir film setindeymiş gibi hissettiriyor…

Gerçeklerle ise yanınızda size kısa bilgiler fısıldayan budist öğrencinin

okullarını destek için size kartpostal satmaya çalıştığında karşılaşıyorsunuz.

Nha Trang’ın önemli simgelerinden olan nilüfer yaprağı üzerinde oturan bu dev Buda heykelini

bir de yakından görmek isterseniz tam 152 basamak çıkmanız gerekiyor.

Bence arkanızda bıraktıklarınız o güzel bahçelere bir de yukarıdan bakmak

yorgunluğunuza değiyor ama gene de sıcakta bu 152 basamak bilinmesi gereken bir unsur haline gelebiliyor.

Hele de yarı yolda çocuğunuz “ yoruldum” derse

yukarı çıktığınızda bu teyzelerden çok az farklı oluyorsunuz  

 Nha Trang’dan sevgiler…

Incredibly beautiful gardens, flowers, lanterns and

a giant statue of Buddha which is although far away,   immediately recognized

Yes, welcome to Long Son Pagoda ..

The inner garden which is used for ceremonies is  situated after the entrance garden and

 The inner garden  as beautiful as the enterance garden and there are many mosaic ornaments and dragon statues

All these ornamentations are really good harmonized and density of details do not distract your eyes.

Only problem is  capturing all details in the gardens.

When we were looking at around, Buddhist students came

 and started to give us some information

” The pagoda was first built on Mount Trai Thuy in 1886 and named Dang Long Pagoda. In 1900, the pagoda was damaged in a storm and was rebuilt down the mountain in its present location. The pagoda underwent further restorations. The current Long Son Pagoda is dedicated to the Buddhist monks who died protesting against the US supported Diem regime”

Although while we were walking trough the pagoda, we saw lots of different people,

 (I think I need to get used to it now.) the old lady who looked at children really impressed me.

I do not know if she just rested or thought her youth

but she seems knew the all stories of everyone sitting around her…

In the pagoda, places  like a  film set because of peoples, melodies and decorations.

You can only recognize the reality when the buddhist student try to sell you postcards to support their school

If you want to look closer the Buddha statue which is one of Nha Trang city’s symbols and located on the lotus leaf , you need to climb 152 steps.

İ think the beautiful view of gardens worth your tiredness but you need to be informed about these 152 steps in these hot days.

if you visit the pagoda and climb these 152 steps with your child, you might not be slightly

different than the ladies
